My name is Frenchie and these are some things that amuse me

James Patterson paid for a full-page ad in The New York Times criticizing Amazon, Scott Turow talked about the “nightmarish” future that Amazon will bring and Stephen King signed a petition decrying the Seattle online retailer.

They do this as if they are fighting for the little guy.

They aren’t.

The ‘1 percent’ mega best-selling authors side with giant publishing corporate entities because they make a lot of money from them. The rest of us don’t.

Frank Schaeffer, “The publishers, not Amazon, keep authors down

WOAH, HOLD THE PHONE. I had never even considered this before and it’s an amazing point. Amazon has been made out to be this big evil entity, but we should all remember that it’s Amazon vs. publishers, not Amazon vs. writers!

unless your teachers are abusive assholes there is no fucking reason to disrespect them

they are literally trying their hardest to get you an education

teachers have every right to complain about rude students or the amount of papers they have to grade because their salary is low as shit

oh wow, your math teacher yelled at you because you were ignoring the lesson and talking to your friend

i wonder why

jesus christ teachers have it hard enough dont be an asshole

Voice Actors and Actresses from Avatar The Last Airbender who came back with new characters in The Legend of Korra.

What a cool post! Once again, the hardest working fans in the business. Also, as illustrated by these graphics, if you hear a voice on ATLA/LOK there is a strong chance it was performed by Grey DeLisle. Although Dee Bradley Baker might have more screen time due to all the animal chirps and grumbles. Either way, Grey and Dee could easily voice an entire series together—just the two of them covering all the characters—and the audience would be none the wiser without checking the credits.
